I Went last night. Show was alright nothing new. They had some guy other than Matt playing bass. Forgot his name. He was a little more animated than Matt but seemed to over do it at times. It just looked weird having some new dude up there with the band. I didnt like the venues floor situation. Got there real early and still couldnt get down there. Heres what they played:

MLM
Creeps
Cold Feelings
Reach For The Sky
Under My Thumb
Highway 101
Sick Boys
Bad Luck
Dont Take Me For Granted
When She Begins
Prisond Bound
Making Believe
Nickles and Dimes
--
Footprints
Ring Of Fire
Story Of My Life

Footprints was the best

I still got that ticket for tonight if anybody is interested....

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">Great show last night - Wiltern crowd a lot different from the usual HOB people, though. Got in line at 5:45 - the doors opened at 7:10 and the pit wristbands were gone by 7:45. Mike wasn't too thrilled with the crowd vibe. Nothing from "White Trash..."

whats up SOCIALDEED I was with you on wenesday when we met mike Thanx again bro for spotting him I still cant believe it! you knew that was him he was really bundled up, anyway Those two pics of you and your bro with ness turned out well even without flash give me your e-mail and Ill send em

Went on Friday with two friends...

We showed up when the doors opened and were able to get wristbands for the lowest level.

Set went something like this:

Under My Thumb
Bad Luck
1945
Telling Them
Sick Boys
Reach for the Sky
Mommy's Little Monster
Making Believe
Don't Drag Me Down
Highway 101
Prison Bound
Ball and Chain
Ring of Fire
-----------------
Footprints on My Ceiling
Nickels and Dimes
Story of My Life

I went to both wed and friday nights. I liked the fact that they change up the set lists with different substitutions and song orders. I was looking at the bass player and thinking "fuck, thats not matt freeman" and it didnt occur to me until i got home after the second night that the bass player for these LA shows was the bass player from the Mike Ness band. He was really good. By the way, the sound was excellent. Fuck i love these guys.

steve

Just found out I got hooked up with backstage passes and tix for tonight. So stoked. Will review tomorrow.
